Newborn Baby Personalised Plaque Gift

Baby memories is an online sign maker service that allows you to design your own wooden plaque as a gift for parents of a new born baby. All that is required is to send on the text you would like to place on the plaque. The template is shown above.

To order simply email on the following details:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Baby weight
• Hospital

A custom Message can also be made if preferred. A return confirmation mail will then be sent with a link for secure payment through PayPal. Shipping details are made at the time of purchase. Cost of postage is €6.

Each plaque is 220mm x 160mm and has a cost of €25.
